Hi, I’m Fred, a licensed massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience focused on pain relief, recovery, and therapeutic care. My work centers on deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, sports massage, and focused muscle release designed to create lasting results.

I previously worked alongside doctors and rehabilitation specialists in a clinical wellness setting. That experience strengthened my understanding of injury recovery, post-surgical care, and chronic pain management.
