Client Expectations
To ensure every session feels professional, comfortable, and effective, please review the expectations below before booking.
Before Your Session
Please be ready at your scheduled time. For mobile sessions, the space should be prepared and ready for setup so the session can begin on time.
Arrival and Time Etiquette
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late readiness may reduce hands-on time. Being prepared allows your full session to be used for treatment.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Clients are expected to arrive clean and fresh. This is especially important after work, workouts, or long days. If hygiene concerns affect comfort or safety, the session may be ended or rescheduled at the therapist’s discretion. In-office services will be offered in the future. Hygiene guidelines for office sessions will be provided once available.
Respectful Conduct
All sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. Mutual respect and clear boundaries are required at all times.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50 percent of the session cost.
Environment for Mobile Sessions
Please provide a safe, clean, and quiet space with enough room for the massage table. Pets and children should be in another room during setup and treatment. Nearby and accessible parking is appreciated for unloading
