Welcome to Road to Wellness Massage Therapy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile massage offerings, and any services provided in person. By scheduling an appointment, submitting forms, or receiving services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

 
1. Scope of Services
Road to Wellness Massage Therapy offers licensed, professional massage services focused on pain relief, recovery, and wellness. Services are provided in-office or in your home (within our approved mobile service radius). Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and does not include diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.

If you have a serious medical issue, consult your physician before booking.

 
2. Appointments, Payment & Policies
All services are available by appointment only.

Booking is required in advance through our website, by phone, or through secure links.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other forms of electronic payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges and could affect future booking eligibility.
 
3. Mobile Massage Service Terms
For mobile sessions:

You must be located within our approved travel radius (typically 10 miles from Schaumburg, IL).
You agree to provide a safe, quiet, and clean environment with access to a standard outlet and a space the size of a twin bed for setup.
A photo of a valid ID may be required before your first mobile appointment, for the safety of the therapist. Refusal to comply may result in cancellation.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

 
4. Boundaries & Ethics
This is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and possible reporting to local authorities.

Clients must be appropriately dressed and behave respectfully during sessions.

 
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your personal and health information is always handled with care and confidentiality. For details on how your data is collected and used, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

 
6. Limitations of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and beneficial experience, services are provided at your own risk. Road to Wellness Massage Therapy and its therapists are not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction that occurs during or after your session unless caused by proven negligence.
